Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • ID verification and damage waiver/deposit required prior to check-in. This property has local compliance requirements including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $750 (authorization hold only; released after checkout). As an alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. One of these options is required for check-in.
  • ID is required before check-in through an approved third-party partner.

  • McAlpine walking trail access adjacent to the property.
  • This property has a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the front of the property, and two additional exterior Ring cameras monitoring the backyard and driveway. All cameras are visible, record video/audio, and will be on during every reservation.

  • Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
  • No more than 10 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
  • If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
  • No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
  • Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Complaints from a neighbor may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

  • Additional pet fee: $300 per pet, per stay.
